SPA ANJALI GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Admission
Westin hotel guests, owners, and Athletic Club members, 16 years of age or older, may enjoy daily use of Athletic Club fitness facilities and lap pool. The use of spa facilities is complimentary with the purchase of a spa treatment. Hotel guests not purchasing a spa treatment may use the Spa Anjali facilities for $20 per day. Outside guests may use the Athletic Club for $40 per day or the Athletic Club plus spa facilities for $50 per day. The Athletic Club fee for outside guests includes a group fitness class on the day of usage.

Age Requirement
The fitness center and amenities are limited to guests and members 16 years of age and older. Children age 14 or older may participate in group classes or personal training sessions when supervised by an instructor. Children 12-17 can have spa services and will have access to the spa locker rooms. Children 5-11 may schedule salon services only. Services are not available to children under 5. Children under the age of 18 will be assigned a massage therapist of the same gender.

Spa Reservations
Make your reservations with our Spa Concierge by calling 970-790-3020 or book online. We recommend you schedule appointments well in advance to ensure your preferred treatment times. Spa prices and services are subject to change.

Fitness Class Reservations
Reserve a class with our Fitness Desk by calling 970-790-2051 or book online. Classes are available to reserve up to 7 days in advance. Specialty classes may require an additional fee as stated.

Treatments with Heat
We recommend that guests with high blood pressure, epilepsy, a cardio condition, recent surgery or who are pregnant consult with their physician before undergoing heat treatments.

Gender Preference
You may request a male or female massage therapist for your spa service. All therapists are trained professionals who will properly drape you throughout your treatment. If you are willing to book a spa treatment with either gender, it will offer you more flexible scheduling options. Children under the age of 18 will be scheduled with a therapist of the same gender.

Arrive Early
We recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow for check-in. Late check-ins may determine the length of your treatment. If you are late, your service will still end as scheduled so that our next guest may begin on time.

Attire
We provide a private locker, robes, and slippers for all spa treatments. Many hotel guests wear their in-room robes when walking to and from the spa. Undergarments may be worn during your spa service if it increases your comfort level. However, please know that we maintain a strict draping policy for your privacy. Proper athletic attire and footwear are required in the Fitness Club.

Spa Cancelation Policy
If you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment time to avoid a 100% charge. There is a 48-hour cancellation policy for small groups of six or more. "No-shows" will be charged the full treatment amount. If you are running late, a phone call is always appreciated. Your arrival time will determine the length of your treatment time, which will end as scheduled so that the next guest may begin promptly.

Fitness Class Cancelation Policy
When canceling a group fitness class, please allow a minimum of 24 hour’s notice so that others have the opportunity to join. There is a $10 fee for any class cancelations made within 24 hours of the class start time. No-shows will also be charged a $10 fee. For Pilates Equipment Reformer classes there is a $20 cancellation fee when canceled within 24 hours of the class start time. No-shows will also receive a $20 fee.

Service Charge / Tax
A 20% service charge and appropriate sales tax will be added to all services.

Cell phone usage
To respect a peaceful experience for everyone, talking on cell phones is not permitted in the spa or Fitness Club. Complimentary WiFi is available in the Fitness Club.

Parking
Spa guests may valet park complimentary at the Westin Riverfront while enjoying the spa or fitness facility. Self-parking is also available while at the spa (4 hours) or athletic club (2.5 hours) validation is available at the spa front desk. Skier parking is not available.

Shipping
Gift certificates purchased online will automatically be emailed as a PDF. Standard Delivery is available for retail products via UPS Ground. Please allow 3 to 5 business days or contact us for expedited shipping. Please note: we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
