Description
This Circuit Boxing class will use the traditional skills of a frontal defense from Boxing and counter attack/quick response from Muay Thai along with cardio & weights to offer a comprehensive workout. The circuit format will move through exercises on multiple muscle groups one right after the other. Martial arts are a great way to imporve balance, flexibility and coordination while also challenging your mind - all in a fun and safe environment!
