Description
A heart oriented, inspiring class, this practice integrates postural alignment principles with coordination of the breath creating a practice full of intention and sustainability. Each posture is held for a period of time, bringing awareness to body mechanics. Introductory postures lead to the next, building towards one or several apex postures that may involve inversions, arm balances, and back bends.
