HIIT is a circuit formatted class incorporating full body dynamic strength training and cardio intervals. The circuit layout allows participants to pace themselves according to their personal endurance and training goals and eliminates the intimidation that may be caused by the variety of fitness levels. Each exercise is designed to challenge one's core strength and stability with the intention of easing the process of the body performing everyday functional movements.
