Get ready to hit the mountain this winter with increased stamina, strength and endurance! Classes include a weekly "Mikaela's Move" featuring an exercise inspired by Mikaela Shriffin. Workouts will include the slackline, bosue, kettlebells, dumbells, SuperFunctional, TRX and more! You're guaranteed a great workout that will prep you for the upcoming season!
