Description
Yin yoga is a slower form of yoga that targets the deep connective tissues, like your fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. Poses are held for a longer period of time with props to assist in comfort. Yin yoga helps stretch and lengthen rarely-used tissues. It can be more meditative, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body. Good for all levels and great for hard charging athletes.
