Description
Join us for an all-levels pranayama and meditation class. This is a breath-based practice where we will explore several breathing tecniques designed to cleanse, awaken, calm, or relax our physical bodies and create space for mental clarity. We will start with 30 minutes of breath-work and finish off the class with 30 minutes of guided meditation. Guest instructor: Cat Moede
